Superior Orlando Villas

Our Superior Orlando Villas are delightful, spacious Florida homes with gardens, private pools and other luxurious facilities such as a spa or games room. Ideally suited for large families and groups, Superior Villas offer an upgraded furniture package, welcome food pack and mid stay clean.

Our Superior villas are located in the Disney area, within 20 minutes drive of Disney (subject to traffic conditions) either in Kissimmee or on US 27. All villas are individual in their specifications so please call our knowledgeable sales staff for more details.

Each home features:

• Private screened pool with furniture. Pools can be heated (not June - Sept) and pool heat can be added at the time of booking, usually at an extra charge.
• 2 master bedrooms with King or Queen bed and en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms (each sleeping up to 2 persons - additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds) and a 3rd bathroom.
• Dining area with chairs (owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications so dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party)
• Fully equipped kitchen with conventional oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, iron & ironing board, crockery, cutlery & kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner & fire extinguisher
• Remote control colour TV & DVD/VCR in main living area an master bedroom, telephone (check tariff prior to using as standard rates do not apply – prepaid phone cards are a better option)
• Towels and linen are provided
• Homes do not usually have safes
• Other additional local charges will be made for cots & high chairs etc., which must be requested at time of booking. Guests must provide their own linen for cots, which are usually of the foldaway variety.
• All reservations of 5 nights or less will be subject to a cleaning fee, to be added at the time of booking and varies, depending on the size of home

4 Bedroom Home: Maximum 08 people
5 Bedroom Home: Maximum 10 people
6 Bedroom Home: Maximum 12 people
7 Bedroom Home: Maximum 14 people

Notes

*Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be located in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels.

*Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away beds and these must be requested at the time of booking. An additional charge is made and is payable locally.

*Please note that during cooler months, most spas require that the pool water be heated, in order to heat the spa.
